Overview

The online Transportation of Dangerous Goods training course includes TDG legislation, classification, safety marks, documentation, safe handling, incident reporting and emergency response.

Course Format: Online

If you are interested in a group, in-person course for your organization, please contact the College at 306-937-5146 for more information. The in-person class runs for 4 hours (3 hours of classroom time and 1 hour to complete the exam). Please note that each participant is only allowed one attempt to pass the final exam.

Course cost: Online: $50.00

                        In-person: TBD

Course time: Due to the self-study format, you can complete the course at your own time and pace. On average, it takes approximately 4 hours to complete the course and exam.

How to enroll:

Students can enroll at any time. Once enrolled, they will have access to the course content and will be able to complete the exam for up to 30 days following registration. There are two ways to enroll:

1. Complete our registration form for found here and email the completed form to registration@northwestcollege.ca.
2. Contact the Meadow Lake Campus (306-234-5100) or the Battlefords Campus (306-937-5100).
