Essential Skills for the Workplace 2024-2025
Overview
This program will prepare learners for entry level positions in Customer Service. The program provides industry credit certifications, nine Skills for Success as part of the Government of Canada website tailored to the Customer Service industry and essential skill development relevant to working Customer Service. Participants will also spend time applying their learning in a 2 week unpaid work placement.

Admission Requirements
Must be 19 years of age and older.
Applicants must have a satisfactory criminal record check with vulnerable sector search.
